Change plans anytime and receive a partial refund according to the plan difference, or pay the difference in plan costs to upgrade to a higher volume plan.

Email us at admin@astro-scribe.com with your license key and we will process a full refund for that month, no questions asked.
Frequently asked questions
How is usage calculated?
For monthly subscribers, monthly usage resets on the day of the month your plan renews. (I.e. not based on calendar months)
For annual subscribers, usage is based on calendar months.
One appointment per use.
GPs can use GP appointment types.
Specialists (like Dermatologists) may use their specific types as well as GP appointment types.
Why is Astro Scribe so much cheaper than all of the competition? (which typically charge upwards of $99 per user!)

Our costs are fundamentally lower than every other company because with Astro Scribe, your computer is responsible for transcribing the appointment - every other company uses expensive servers (usually owned by Google) to do the transcriptions for them! Not only does this raise costs, it exposes your private conversations to third parties.
We pass this saving directly on to our users.
