Lachlan Sims

Founder

Lachie has been coding with AI for a few years to create an app for himself as a maths and physics tutor which automated huge administrative tasks and note-making for his students. After tutoring for a decade, he found that becoming so much more efficient that all he had to do was ‘show up’ to lessons was an absolute game-changer. While demonstrating the app to his family he heard just how much time his sister (a vet) spent every day writing notes, and Mady realised that this app could absolutely help vets as well!

After many iterations and so much amazing feedback from vets all over WA, he’s very proud to stand behind this app and hopes that his contribution can help create a better quality of life for all vets, and allow them to spend more time on what really matters.

Mady graduated from Murdoch in 2018, and after 4 years of permanent general practice work, she transitioned to a mixture of locuming in general practice and some Anaesthesia work. It was whilst locuming that she realized how much time was spent making sure notes were finished to a relatively high standard prior to leaving a clinic, as well as how far behind and stressed some busy clinics owners were with notes. After a conversation with her clever brother at a family dinner, the idea popped up to create an app that sorted this problem! Mady and her colleagues have since quickly been blown away by how much time it's saved. The improvement in quality of life and work-life balance has been amazing! Thank God for smart brothers!
